Remote maintains audit trails/logs for all user actions performed on its platform. They are available upon request. Remote does not provide a self-service way of retrieving these logs. We have extensive logging and monitoring tools to alert us to relevant events. We keep audit logs of changes within the Platform forever and application request logs are kept for 90 days.
