My contractor is asking where their invoice payment is?

If a contractor has chosen Stripe Connect as their payout method, Remote will deposit the funds to their Stripe account when we’ve received the funds from the client. The available balance will be visible to the contractor from the Withdrawal Methods tab.

The contractor has full control of their available balance and will have to trigger a payout to their bank account.
