Can we track stock options offered to employees in Remote?

Yes! As you’re adding a new employee to the platform, you can add details like the number and type of options, vesting periods, and vesting cliffs. This simplifies tracking employee stock option offers on our platform.

And with Remote Equity, you can go beyond simply tracking stock options through Remote. You can sync to your cap table, grant, and manage equity with Remote directly. We manage the documentation so you can grant equity to employees internationally with ease. Learn more

When adding a new employee, you can fill out the details about equity compensation from the Contract details section.

Note that this is for tracking purposes only. You will need to work with your own lawyers and accountants to set up a plan that covers your team members.
