What currency exchange rate is used when paying contractors?

The exchange rate used to pay contractors depends on the payment method. For payouts supported by Stripe Connect, the payout amount will be determined based on Stripe’s FX rate. For payouts supported by Wise, a Remote FX rate is applied, which covers the cost of conversion as well as the risk of currency fluctuations.
