Important: Before you can activate SSO, you must have at least one company domain verified. Domain verification is a required security step that proves ownership of your domain. For detailed instructions on domain verification, please refer to our SSO Domain Verification Guide and How can a company enable login via Single Sign-On for their company users?

We use a standard protocol (SAML) which is an open standard used for authentication and supported by multiple Identity Providers (IdPs). IdPs can use different parameters and steps to setup this integration. Currently, we are supporting integration for Okta, OneLogin, Jumpboard and Google Workspaces. If you have a different IdP that you’d like Remote to support, please reach out to us.
