Can I track the status of requests I've submitted?

Whenever you submit a request, you will be able to see the request and its status from the Requests tab. 

Only the company owner, super admins, or customized role with the right permissions can see an overview of all the requests submitted.

Click the request to view details, then select Open request details to see more information.

You will always receive an email when you submit a new request from the Requests tab. If there's an error in the details you submitted or you need to follow up, you can comment on the Open request details page or respond to the email.
