Can I track the status of requests I've submitted?

Whenever you submit a request, you will be able to see the request and its status from the Requests tab. 

Only the company owner and super admins can see an overview of all the requests submitted.

You can view the details of the Request by clicking View details. Then, click Open request details to view the details.


You will always receive an email when you submit a new request from the Requests tab. If there's an error in the details you submitted or you need to follow up, you can comment on the Open request details page or respond to the email.
