When does coverage through Allianz start?

Employees will be enrolled from their start date. They will be granted a 30-day window to make changes, add dependents or opt out if they wish to.
Exceptions: When an employee in Switzerland and the Netherlands opts in, the coverage start date will be confirmed on a case by case basis due to government regulations. The standard rule in these countries is that people have to make insurance changes on 1st January and only some insurers will allow exceptions.
