If a company offers me benefits as part of my employment package, does it come out of my salary?

Typically, your gross annual salary is a fixed amount agreed upon and indicated on your employment agreement. If the company has decided to offer you additional benefits such as health insurance or a monthly stipend etc, they will cover the cost and it will not be taken out of your salary.
