Does Remote have any contractual agreements with affiliates such as a DPA or the EU’s updated SCCs?

Yes, all contracts with third parties receiving any personal data from Remote are subject to Art 28 and Chapter V GDPR compliant agreements. We work with the 2021 version of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). Processing of personal data by Remote affiliates is covered by an intra-group data sharing agreement, supported by  SCCs.
