Remote doesn’t have a processor obligation to notify clients for relevant data breaches within a certain timeframe. Nevertheless, Remote undertakes to assist clients in cases of relevant data breaches, as stated in our Terms of Service. In practice, where a material personal data breach affects a client, Remote will notify that client in view of ensuring data subjects’ rights and freedoms are not prejudiced. Remote will use its best endeavors to discuss data breaches with clients before these are discussed with data subjects. To date
