Yes, we do. To help you decide how much to pay a new hire, we have released a salary benchmarking tool that shows a simulation of how much to offer a new hire based on their job title, country of residence, and seniority level.
Salary Explorer is now exclusively available as part of our paid HRIS subscription. Current users will need to upgrade to HRIS to access this feature.
To use the compensation explorer on Remote:
- Go to the Salary explorer tab.
- Input the details of the role then click on See compensation.
- We will pull up a simulation based on the available data we have.
- You can edit the fields to get a different simulation.
