Does an off cycle payroll run always incur a cost?

For new hires who are onboarded between the 12th-24th of the month, they will automatically be enrolled (free of charge) in an off cycle payroll run as long as they meet the criteria.

In cases where we issue an off cycle payment because of an error we made, Remote will cover the cost of running an off cycle payment.

If an off cycle payment meets the criteria and it is allowed in that country, we will process this at a cost. The cost varies per country. For more information regarding a specific country, please visit our Country Information section.
