Who can view the contents of a review once it’s been submitted?
Access to self and manager reflections is now governed by reporting lines and administrative permissions. There are no longer specific events that dictate when content becomes visible.
- Self-Reflections: These can be viewed by the participant, their direct line manager, and review admins immediately upon submission.
- Manager Reflections: These are visible to the manager's own reporting line and review admins as soon as they are completed.
- Real-time Visibility: People managers can view the content of self and manager reflections for anyone within their reporting line the moment they are submitted.
- Outside Reporting Lines: If a manager needs to see submissions for individuals outside their direct reporting line, they must be manually added to a calibration group by an admin.
- Admin Access: Review admins can view the submissions of any participant that falls within the data scope and information access rules defined in their admin profile.
