When you are asked to pay a reserve for an employee, you will receive an email with the invoice and payment instructions.
- Navigate to the Billing tab to find your reserve invoice
- Click Pay invoice under the Invoice Information box on the right-hand side to find payment information. You can pay your invoice with any payment methods you've already set up

If you’re settling the invoice through a manual bank or wire transfer, you’ll find the necessary bank account details and reference information in the same section. Ensure you use the correct reference details to avoid delays in processing.
Expedite onboarding by uploading proof of payment
If you're paying the reserve amount via manual bank transfer, you can upload a proof of payment document to accelerate onboarding.
- Navigate to the Billing tab and find and pay your reserve invoice
- After making the payment, download a text-based proof of payment (such as a computer-generated PDF) from your banking provider.
- On the right-hand side underneath Invoice Information, you can upload your proof of payment document.
- Once uploaded, we will review the proof of payment within minutes to ensure it’s accurate.
- If everything is correct, we'll accept your proof of payment and notify you in Remote and via email. You'll be able to confirm your onboarding and invite your new hire.
- If we’re unable to verify your proof of payment, you’ll receive a notification asking you to re-upload the document. Once this is resolved, you can continue with the onboarding process.
By following these steps, you’ll ensure a quick and smooth verification of your payment and be able to move forward with onboarding your new hire.
