How to edit the company's billing email

On Remote, companies usually assign team members responsible for invoicing matters to the Billing contact role.

There is another section in the Company settings where you can provide a specific email address for invoice notifications. The email ID used for this purpose doesn’t have access to the platform or the company account, unless the email ID has also been added as a company admin within the account.

To edit the company billing email:

  1. Go to the Company settings tab and click on the Company information section.


  2. Scroll down to the Notifications section and click on Edit.

  3. Adjust the email, then save it.
