Remote now allows you to manage multiple legal entities from a single account, eliminating the need to create separate accounts for each entity.

How to add a legal entity
- From the Company settings, go to the Legal entities page.
- To add a legal entity, click on Add new entity.
- Fill out the details of your legal entity, then click on Continue.
- Confirm the details have been filled out correctly, then click on Create entity.
- Once an entity has been created, you can edit your entity details from the Legal entities page.
How to change an employee's Managing entity or Billing entity
1. From the employee’s profile, go to the Job section.
2. You can adjust the employee's Managing or Billing entity by clicking on the Edit button.
3. Choose the entity you want to assign this employee to; then click Save.
