We’re expanding!
Mobility Services are now available not just for our Employer of Record (EOR) product.
If you’re using Global Payroll or HRIS, you can now access our expert mobility support for both new hires and existing employees, helping you navigate immigration, work eligibility, and global mobility — all in one place.
How to get started
For new employees:
Do you need to confirm a candidate’s eligibility to work or check visa requirements before hiring?
You can now request a pre-hire right-to-work check or immigration assessment directly while adding a new employee
- Pre-hire right-to-work check is designed for employees who already hold a valid work or residence permit in the country of employment. This service is intended for customers whose employee already lives in the desired work location and/or holds an existing permit. It includes a detailed analysis of the candidate’s immigration status before a job offer is extended. The check helps verify eligibility for employment and provides guidance on compliance obligations, including any immigration-related requirements throughout the employment period, in coordination with licensed partners when needed
- Immigration assessment is designed for employees who do not yet have work authorization for the country of employment. This service helps customers manage international hires or relocations for candidates who are not yet legal residents in the target country (either not yet relocated, or relocated but without the right to work). It provides a comprehensive review to identify the most suitable immigration options, evaluate potential residency or work-permit pathways, estimate processing timelines and related costs, and highlight any potential risks.

For current employees:
Mobility needs can arise at any time — from relocations to visa renewals.
You can now request post-hire mobility services at any stage of an employee’s journey directly from their profile on the Remote platform. From there, you’ll see a menu where you can select the type of assessment you would like our team to conduct.
To get started, simply open the employee’s profile and select the Mobility card.
