Yes, it is possible to change your billing currency. For most invoices, the new currency is applied immediately. However, certain monthly and Pre-funding invoices the billing currency change will be applied to the next invoice period.
Example
If the billing currency is changed from EUR to USD after the October Pre-funding invoice is issued:
- October Pre-funding invoice (Invoice #1) already issued is in EUR
- November Pre-funding issued on the 1st of November will be in USD
- October Reconciliation invoice (Invoice #2) will be in EUR
- November Reconciliation invoice will be in USD
Few things to note
- Previously issued invoices remain in the original currency; only future invoices will reflect the new billing currency.
- If you have an automatic payment turned on, changing the currency will delete this payment method and you will need to add a new payment method to your account.
