When you are setting up SEPA direct debit as a payment method, we will send you an email containing the SEPA direct debit mandate. This email will also include the SEPA mandate reference which you will need to share with your bank so they can authorize the direct debit setup. If you're unable to find the mandate receipt email from Remote, please check your junk/spam folder as well.
