Here are the company details we will be asking you to share with us during the “2. Customer Information Collection” stage.

  • Entity type
  • The 4 digits 'Sector code' that is applied on the entity
    • In the Netherlands, the 4-digit sector code, also known as the "SBI code" (Standaard Bedrijfsindeling), refers to a classification system used to categorize businesses and organizations based on their main economic activities. The SBI code helps government agencies, researchers, and other stakeholders analyze and understand the structure of the economy, track trends in different sectors, and develop policies and regulations.

  • KvK number (Company code)
  • Loonheffingennummer' (Tax Number)
  • Social security number
    • Businesses are assigned a unique identification number known as the Chamber of Commerce number (KvK-nummer).
  • Wage tax number (Loonheffingennummer)
    • Businesses can obtain a wage tax number (Loonheffingennummer) through the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration (Belastingdienst). The wage tax number is a unique identifier assigned to businesses for tax purposes related to employee wages and payroll.

  • Legal representative of the company
    • The person who will be responsible for signing payroll tax returns and other legal documents on behalf of the company
  • Legal representative's date of birth
    • Date/ Month/ Year
  • Legal representative's phone number

3) Company Bank Details

  • Bank name
  • Account holder name
  • Account ownership type
    • Personal or Business
  • IBAN
    • 18 characters, typically begins with the country code "NL" followed by a two-digit checksum, four letters representing the bank code, and 10 digits representing the bank account number.
  • BIC/SWIFT
    • BIC (Bank Identifier Code) or SWIFT (Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication) codes typically consist of 8 or 11 characters.

5) Employees' Contracts and Payslips

  • Employees’ work contract per employee
  • Employees’ payslips
    • We ask you to share all the employee payslips relevant to the current tax year if the implementation starts in the middle of the year
