How to add carry over data on Remote

To simplify the management of Paid Time Off (PTO) and accuracy of PTO tracking, Customers are able to input carryover time off data for direct employees on the Remote platform. You're able to input the exact number of days each direct employee has carried over from the previous year.

This feature prioritizes carryover days when direct employees book their time off, ensuring that these days are used appropriately. You can add expiry dates for carryover days. This allows you to ensure that unused days expire on the correct date, further enhancing the accuracy of PTO tracking.

To do this: 

  1. Go to the Time off  tab on Remote. 
  2. Click on the Add carryover time off button. 


  3. Choose the direct employee and input the details of their carryover leave then click on Add carryover time off.
