This article explains how time off statuses are displayed in the mobile app, helping you understand the information presented on time off request cards. 

Key Components

The time off request card includes four main elements:

  1. Leave type: Indicates the category of leave for this request (such as vacation, sick leave, etc.)

  2. Request status: Shows the current status of the time off request:

    • Requested: Your time-off request is pending review by your employer.
    • Approved: Your employer has approved your time-off request.
    • Taken: Your approved time-off has been recorded as used.
    • Declined: Your employer has declined your time-off request.
    • Cancel Requested: You have asked your employer to cancel a previously approved time-off.
    • Canceled: Your time-off request has been canceled.

  3. Days/hours requested: Displays the total amount of time requested.
  4. From-to dates: Shows the start and end dates for the time off period.
