What downtime or platform incidents mean for you
You may not be able to log in, update information, or complete tasks in Remote during a maintenance window or incident.
Your payroll, employment, and other data are never lost or changed by downtime. You just won’t be able to view or update it until the platform is available again.
Chat support may also be unavailable during downtime.
No action is needed from you. Once services are restored, you can continue using Remote as usual.
