When you create a customized role, you can always edit what permissions this role has and what information such a user has access to. With our template company user roles, you cannot adjust the user's permissions or what information they have access to.
To edit the permissions of a customized role:
- Go to the
Users & permissions
tab, then to theRoles
section. - Find the customized role you want to edit, click on the three dot icon, then choose
Edit permissions
.
- Make the necessary changes, then click on
Save role
If the information a user can access is limited to their direct reports, remember to assign the specific direct reports to such a user.
