To process contract amendments for multiple employees at once, we provide a pre-filled CSV you need to complete to kick start the contract amendment process which is provided you once you start the bulk amendment here.

Instructions on how to complete pre-filled CSV file

Open the CSV file. You’ll see the following columns:
- Employee Full Name (Do not edit)
- Employment Slug (Do not edit)
- Currency (Do not edit)
- Current Gross Annual Salary (Do not edit)
- Current Job Title (Do not edit)
- Current Role Description (Do not edit)
- New Gross Annual Salary (numbers only)
- Enter the amount. Use a single period (.) to indicate cents. Do not use commas or enter the currency.
- This field is required if the reason for change chosen is
annual_pay_adjustmentorpromotion.
- New Job Title
- This field is required if the reason for change provided is
promotion
- This field is required if the reason for change provided is
- New Role Description
- This should be at least 100 characters
- This field is required if the reason for change provided is
promotion
- New PTO policy (fixed; unlimited)
- New available PTO days (numbers only)
- Numbers with decimals are not supported
- Effective Date (YYYY-MM-DD)
- This is required. It must be formatted YYYY-MM-DD
- Reason for change (Choose one: annual_pay_adjustment, country_rule_change, error_correction, job_change_reevaluation, promotion, other)
- This is required. It is case sensitive, so reasons must be typed exactly as provided. Only the reasons listed above are accepted. Any other reason will create an error.

Please adhere to the provided format instructions above when entering any information that needs to be changed. If a specific field doesn't require any alterations, leave it empty.
