Yes, as an employee, it is possible to cancel both past and upcoming time off requests, even the ones that were approved. This is different from editing a time off request.

To cancel a time off request:
- From the
Time off summary
tab, click on the Time off request you'd like to cancel.
- Once the modal opens up, include a reason, then click on
Request to cancel
.
Once you have canceled the time off request, it will still be visible in your Time off summary
tab, but the status will change to Cancel requested
because the Customer needs to review and approve the cancel request.
- If the Customer approves the time off cancel request, the status will change to
Canceled
. - If the Customer declines the time off cancel request, the status will change to
Taken
.
