We’ve made it easier for you to save and manage custom table views on the Team and All Reports tab. This new feature helps you quickly switch between different table setups, update your saved preferences, and keep everything consistent across browsers—even if you clear cookies or use a different device.

In this article, we will cover:

What you can do with saved table views

You can now save your filters, column settings, and sorting preferences for future use. For example, you can create one view for contract details and another for benefits overview. Once saved, your views are easy to switch between, and the system will always show you which view is active.

If you ever need to adjust a saved view, you can update it without starting from scratch. Plus, your saved preferences are protected, so they’ll stay intact even if you clear cookies or switch browsers.

How to save and manage table views

Custom table views are currently only available on the Team and Reports tab.

  1. Customize your table

Set up your table just the way you like it by adjusting filters, columns, and sorting preferences. For instance, create a view that focuses on contract details or one that highlights benefits information.

  2. Save your view

Once your table is customized, save it with a clear name (e.g., “Contract Details” or “Benefits Overview”). You can create as many views as you need and switch between them whenever you want.

  3. Switch between views

To change your view, simply select a different saved view from the dropdown. The active view will always be highlighted, so you’ll know which one is in use.

  4. Update an existing view

Want to tweak a saved view? No problem! You can update it without having to recreate it from the beginning. Your updates will be saved automatically for future use.

Your saved views are also safe from being lost, even if you clear cookies or work on a different browser. We’re working on expanding this feature to more tables across the platform.
