How will I know when an employee’s fixed-term contract is coming to an end?

We send out email notifications to the company owner and all super admins 60 days & 45 days before the employee’s fixed-term contract expires.

When you receive the first email notification (60 days before the contract expires), you have the option to:

• Put in a request on Remote for a fixed-term contract renewal.

• Not renew the fixed-term contract. You do not need to take any action or submit a termination request. Remote will automatically initiate the offboarding process.
   
• Change the employee’s contract type from a fixed-term contract to an indefinite one.
