We send out email notifications to the company owner and all company admins 45 days & 15 days before the employee’s fixed-term contract expires.
When you receive the first email notification (45 days before the contract expires), you have the option to:
- Put in a request on Remote for a fixed-term contract renewal.

- Not renew the fixed-term contract. This will follow our normal termination process and you will need to put in a termination request on Remote.

Change the employee’s contract type from a fixed-term contract to an indefinite one.
