- Expected payment dates
On the right side of the page, you'll also find:
- Product labels, helping you if your company uses more than one Remote product

Frequently asked questions
Why did the name change from Payroll Schedule to Payroll calendar?
We renamed it to Payroll calendar because it better reflects what's on the page. The new name makes it easier to understand that this is where you can view your payroll dates and important payroll events.
Do I need to update my bookmarks?
Yes. Existing Payroll Schedule links will continue to redirect to Payroll calendar for a limited time, but we recommend updating your bookmarks now because the redirect will be removed in a future release.
Will this change affect my payroll integrations?
No. Your existing API integrations will continue to work as they do today. No changes are required.
Why is my payroll cutoff earlier than I expected?
Some payroll dates are adjusted when a national public holiday affects payroll processing. When this happens, the payroll calendar displays the updated cutoff or processing date so you can plan ahead.
How do I know what the different colors mean?
Use the legend on the payroll calendar to identify each event type. You can also hover over any highlighted date to see more information about that event.
Can I choose which day my week starts on?
Yes. You can switch between Sunday and Monday at any time. Your selection resets when you refresh the page, but downloaded PDFs will use the week view you selected when you generated the PDF.
