Frequently asked questions
Why is Payroll Schedule now called Payroll Calendar?
Payroll Calendar is a clearer name that better reflects what the page contains and helps you understand its purpose.
Do I need to update my bookmarks?
Yes. Existing Payroll Schedule links redirect to Payroll Calendar for a limited time, but you should update your bookmarks, since the redirect will be removed in the future.
Will this affect our payroll integrations?
No. API endpoints remain unchanged, so existing integrations continue working without any changes.
Why does a payroll cutoff happen earlier than expected?
The calendar shows national public holidays. When a holiday affects payroll processing, the adjusted cutoff or processing date appears on the calendar.
What do the different colors mean?
Use the legend to understand each event type. You can also hover over a date to see more details.
Can I change which day my week starts on?
Yes. You can switch between Sunday and Monday. This preference resets when the page is refreshed, but downloaded PDFs reflect the view you selected.
