How to approve an employee's travel letter

On Remote, an employee is able to request a travel letter, and this needs to first be approved by a super admin before we can begin processing it.

  1. To approve an employee's travel letter, log into your Remote account.
  2. In the Things to do section, click on the employee's travel letter request.
  3. Click on Approve then fill out the necessary details and click on Approve request.
    Please use the additional information section to provide specific details about the activities the employee is expected to perform during the travel.
  4. Once this is done, the Remote team will process the request.
  5. If required, our mobility team will involve our Tax team to further investigate on potential tax and social security implications, such as the requirement to have a Certificate of Coverage/A1 Certificate.
