Requests is a centralized place in Remote where you can request certain documents and initiate changes to an employee’s contract. Previously, this area was called Request Hub. Anywhere you used to access Request Hub, you will now see Requests instead.
From the Requests tab, customers can request the following changes:
For Customers
- Employment agreement amendment
- Extension or renewal of a contract. (available for fixed-term contracts only).
- Extension of a probation period (available for employees currently in probation).
- Cancel hiring before start date (available if the employee's start is in the future).
- Probation confirmation letter
- Employee termination
- Annual leave query
- Family leave query
- Public holiday query
- Sick leave query
- Special leave query
- Working hours and timesheets query
For Employees:
- Submit resignation
- Request employment letter
- Public holiday query
- Annual leave query
- Special leave query
- Sick leave query
- Family leave query
- Working hours and timesheets query
- Travel letter
- Remote work request
